I’ve lived in Lake Havasu City for the past 17 years, and it’s not just where I work, it’s where my family and I have built our life. That long-term connection gives me a deep understanding of the local market, neighborhoods, and lifestyle considerations that matter most when buying or selling a home. Before becoming a licensed Realtor, I spent 16 years working directly on the building side of new construction, gaining hands-on experience with how homes are built, maintained, and evaluated. That background allows me to look beyond surface-level features and help clients understand the true quality and long-term value of a property. For the past 3 years as a Realtor, I’ve combined that construction experience with active market knowledge to guide buyers and sellers through both resale and new-construction opportunities. I work with many families, second-home buyers, and long-term homeowners who want clear guidance, realistic pricing, and straightforward advice. Family is a big part of how I approach my work. I’ve been happily married for eight years and am the proud father of one son, whom I also coach in baseball. Coaching has reinforced the importance of patience, communication, and preparation, values I bring into every real estate transaction. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time on the lake, off-roading, golfing, and taking advantage of the outdoor lifestyle that makes Lake Havasu City such a great place to raise a family. I believe real estate decisions should be informed, not rushed. My goal is to provide honest advice, local expertise, and a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. Whether you’re just beginning to explore your options or are ready to make a move, I welcome the opportunity to connect and help you determine the best path forward.
