A Lake Havasu City native with deep Arizona roots, Garrett Luzzi brings a strong business background, local knowledge, and a relationship-focused approach to real estate. As part of our Real Estate team, Garrett specializes in serving our clients throughout the greater Phoenix and Scottsdale areas, providing a valuable connection between our Lake Havasu and Valley markets.

Garrett has been employed with Northrop Grumman since 2016 and continues his career with the company while also building his Real Estate business. His professional experience has developed a strong foundation in communication, organization, accountability, and attention to detail—qualities that translate naturally into representing real estate clients.

Today, Garrett oversees our Phoenix-area clientele, assisting buyers and sellers throughout Scottsdale, North Scottsdale, Phoenix, and the surrounding communities. His familiarity with both Lake Havasu and the Valley is especially valuable to clients relocating between the two markets, purchasing a second home, or exploring investment opportunities.

Garrett believes successful Real Estate relationships are built on trust, responsiveness, and understanding what matters most to each client. He takes a thoughtful, business-minded approach to every transaction while providing the personal attention and service our clients have come to expect.

Garrett and his wife, Ashley, also a Lake Havasu native, make their home in North Scottsdale. Outside of work and real estate, they enjoy golf, traveling, and spending time with their dog, Gunther.
