Cindy Pearce

Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley of California, my parents relocated us to a small desert town when I was a teenager. It was there that I met the man I would marry and raise two children with. Immediately after high school, I worked at a hospital in Medical Records, then moved on to working for a large scrap metal and equipment dealer, also while bookkeeping for my husband’s construction business throughout 35 years. During this busy life, in 1994 we visited Lake Havasu City on a boating trip with our family and loved it so much that we built a home here soon after. Lake Havasu City became our year-round weekend and vacation destination. In 2014, with our children grown and successfully on their own, my husband and I had the opportunity to move to Lake Havasu City full time, and we jumped at the chance.

We love to spend our spare time with our children, grandchildren, and our dogs that are like children. Outdoor activities are also a part of our lives including boating, motorcycle riding, and UTV rides. After getting my Real Estate license in Arizona, I joined Keller Williams Arizona Living Realty. I have gotten so much happiness from helping people with their home buying needs, and I am looking forward to helping You fulfill your real estate dreams.
